Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager in Asia. You will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across North Asia, leveraging your expertise in full-cycle Enterprise direct sales and technical solutions selling.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, pursue, and close new Enterprise opportunities in Hightech and Retail industries for North Asia.
  2. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized contracts that meet customer requirements.
  4. Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle Enterprise direct sales, preferably within the G2 K Enterprise space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical solutions selling, with a focus on Enterprise Voice, AI, and Contact Center use cases.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data analytics to inform sales strategies.
