Job Description

Ambition is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join their Channel Marketing team. This role will focus on building strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and brand partnerships, maintaining existing partnerships, driving business development, and supporting online/offline campaigns and activations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and regional counterparts to deliver impactful results.

  • Experience in business development and KOL partnerships within Financial Services
  • Strong experience working with KOLs, agencies, and affiliates to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
