Desktop Solutions Specialist

The role of the Desktop Solutions Specialist is to oversee the creation, testing, implementation, operation, and maintenance of client platforms to meet agreed business objectives and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth investigations into client platform-related problems, ensuring prompt resolution (temporary and/or permanent) of incidents escalated.
  • Respond to and fulfill requests related to client platforms in a timely manner.
  • Monitor service levels, document and maintain system configurations.
  • Lead and participate in client platform development and upgrade projects.
  • Conduct research and evaluation of client platform tools and technologies.
  • Provide systems-related technical advice to customers and project teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in similar roles or desktop engineering.
  • Strong understanding of client platform technologies, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
