  • Providing timely and effective support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborating with the product team to enhance system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Working with customers to understand their technical needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of new technologies and trends in desktop support.
  • Participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
  • Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in desktop support and a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong customer-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites and work alternate shift hours.
