Senior Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a visionary Senior Human Resources Leader to spearhead the evolution of our human resources strategy across the Southeast Asia region. This pivotal role will be instrumental in building a scalable people framework that supports rapid growth, drives organisational development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that align with business growth objectives in both technology and clean energy markets. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing full-spectrum HR operations, including performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of HR strategies that align with business growth objectives in both technology and clean energy markets.
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture, leadership capability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labour regulations across SEA while supporting cross-border team integration.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on change management, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success in organisational development, change management, employee engagement strategies, and leadership coaching.
  • History of improving key HR metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates, and leadership bench strength.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance frameworks, and cross-border employment practices.
