Human Resources Transformation Strategist

The Human Resources Transformation Strategist will be a key leader in driving the next phase of HR innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and optimization of human resources systems to drive business efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and governance frameworks that align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance and automate HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, including RPA and AI, to drive process improvement.
- 15 years of relevant experience in HR transformation, including hands-on experience managing HR systems and leading projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and system implementation.
- Experience in HR policy development, governance, and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills, as you will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to generate actionable insights from HR data, and experience translating them into strategic business recommendations.
