Job Title: Human Resource Expert

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR expert to take ownership of full-cycle HR while supporting a dynamic and professional work environment.

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Administer payroll functions including monthly salary, claims, overtime, and bonus.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to manage employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with HR best practices.
  • Support audits, manpower reporting, and government surveys.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience; prior exposure in the banking/financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across departments.
  • Resourceful, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
