Senior Analyst Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst at Aon, you will be part of the dynamic Talent Solutions team and report to the Executive Compensation Lead in the Asia Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the firm's executive compensation consulting practice in Singapore and South-east Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, effective solutions for clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analyses.
  • Independently manage projects and lead modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Solve complex HR and compensation-related problems that are unique to client situations.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables and counsel for clients with guidance from senior consultants.
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clients.
  • Support thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends.
  • Coach analysts on deliverables and consulting skills and share knowledge freely with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in executive compensation consulting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of executive compensation principles, practices, and trends.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and managing projects across different countries and cultures.
  • Fluency in English, spoken Mandarin is a plus.
