About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic relevance of digital ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end development and management of high-impact partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and content creators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and iterate digital partnership strategy to meet evolving business goals and platform priorities.
  • Conduct ecosystem mapping and market scans to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
  • Design personalised partnership models that drive impact among jobseekers, mid-career professionals, and growth sectors.
  • Lead partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Drive user acquisition through partner-driven initiatives and track partnership performance using key success metrics.
  • Evaluate new partners, partnership models, and innovation pilots to extend reach and relevance.
  • Oversee daily partnership operations, focusing on service reliability and KPI achievement.

Requirements:
>3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform growth.
Proven track record of onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication, teamwork, relationship building, and stakeholder management abilities.
Detailed-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills.
