This role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to various teams, ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with extensive experience in working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects and programs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to various teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in the banking industry.
- 10+ years of experience as a senior business analyst in technical delivery.
- Experience in leading projects and programs of large scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Domain experience in AML/KYC/Compliance and Data/Analytics.
- Understanding of AI/ML and exposure to products from Tookitaki and/or Quantexa.
