**Business Development Operations for Delivery Roles**

**1. Purpose and Objectives**
- Drive growth by expanding delivery services.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Optimize delivery processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis & Lead Generation**:

- Research potential clients and markets.
Identify and qualify leads for delivery services.
Track industry trends and competitors.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor delivery solutions.
Handle negotiations and contract renewals.
- **Sales & Proposal Development**:

- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility.
Close deals and onboard new clients.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Work with logistics and delivery teams to ensure service delivery.
Monitor delivery performance metrics.
Address and resolve delivery-related issues.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new delivery channels or service offerings.
Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.
- **Data & Performance Analytics**:

- Track KPIs such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Use data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- **Additional Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- At least a degree in any field.
- Experience in day to day logistics and delivery.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
