Job Title: Technical Delivery and Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the technical delivery of our payments platforms under a major transformation program. Your key responsibilities will include migrating existing schemes, including country-specific schemes, into our new platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for the implementation of our payments platforms under the transformation program.
  • Oversee a team of Technical Leads and senior IT professionals, fostering collaborative partnerships with business and product teams.
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps and strategies for our payments portfolios.
  • Drive organisational, cultural, behavioural, and process changes to support digital business and technology advancements.
  • Build capabilities within your team to deliver functional excellence and deploy them to value-creation opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of technical and delivery experience in banking or wholesale/transaction banking environments.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to transform traditional development organisations into high-performance squads.
  • In-depth understanding of all architecture layers.
  • Experience with mixed development methodologies, including waterfall development and Agile delivery.
