Job Title: System Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a System Transformation Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of complex systems to meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and implement changes that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a system or business analyst role, preferably in the insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining/mapping, transformation.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of projects.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
