Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improvement through the implementation of strategic plans.

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in diverse digital transformation initiatives across various sectors. You will advise them on strategic choices to enhance business performance and sustainability. Additionally, you will leverage your technical and functional expertise to deliver high-impact solutions, bringing strong knowledge in finance or logistics to support specialized project areas.

You will collaborate with managers on strategic and operational projects across various client environments. Your key responsibilities will include driving digital transformation efforts by aligning technology with business goals, designing relevant and innovative solutions, optimizing core business processes, and implementing and improving information systems and data quality tailored to client needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will participate in all phases of project delivery, including scoping, design, implementation, configuration, testing, and client training. You will also engage in internal initiatives such as CSR programs, recruitment, junior training, and entrepreneurship.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for high-value-added projects and technological innovation. You should show a strong interest in new technologies and their business applications. A team player who enjoys building strong relationships and contributing to a positive work culture is essential.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, ideally within digital transformation or business process optimization projects.
  • Strong end-to-end delivery experience with EPM solutions (e.g., TM1, BPC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Cognos Planning, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, etc.).
  • Solid financial background and/or hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
