Salary
An estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is a high-performing role that requires proactive management of enterprise-level accounts, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
You will act as a trusted advisor and influencer, developing comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution and demonstrating its value and ROI to customers.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, and add-ons.
You will gain deep knowledge of the monday.com platform and effectively consult with customers to assess their internal processes and drive organizational change.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with large, enterprise-level accounts.
They will have proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders and handling negotiation and contracting.
Prior experience in strategy consulting is an advantage, as well as strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
Superb written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic demeanor.
