Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at KEPLER SEARCH PTE. LTD.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders of high-profile clients in formal and informal settings, leveraging strong commercial acumen and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand business relationships
  • Utilize expertise in HVAC components, equipment, or systems and solutions to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management for enterprises or MNCs
  • Demonstrated success in managing accounts with technology companies, hyper scalers, data centers, and/or colocation companies
  • Regional experience in sales and/or account management in South-East Asia and/or Oceania is highly advantageous
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary and bonus, hybrid work arrangement, and up to 30% travel within APAC.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience
