Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contact Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contact centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fault management, incident response, and complaint resolution in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate accurate and timely fault reports.
  • Provide support in other roles as instructed by the facility supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three 'O' level passes, including English, and Higher Nitec or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles or call centres.
  • Preferred candidates have facilities maintenance experience or proficiency in fault/repairs reporting for buildings.
  • Proficient in English and one other language, with adequate typing skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle telephone calls and emails efficiently.
