Job Title: Contact Centre Representative
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Agent to handle a range of enquiries, requests and coordination with relevant departments to deliver exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner, providing up-to-date information on products, services and promotions, handling a wide range of guest requests, making outbound calls for follow-up as required and assisting and following up on calls, service requests including coordination with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest enquiries
- Provide up-to-date information on products, services and promotions
- Handle a wide range of guest requests
- Make outbound calls for follow-up as required
- Assist and follow up on calls, service requests including coordination with relevant departments
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
- Pleasant and friendly mannerisms with the ability to attend to all guests with respect and patience under all circumstances
- Preferably with 1 year experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Knowledge in relevant computer applications such as OPERA, Knowcross, PABX, Wake-up Call System, Outlook etc.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
