Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Contact Centre Representative. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work independently, and possess a strong customer service ethos. They will also be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive customer service via phone, email or other communication channels
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
Requirements
  • Pc literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong customer service and good telecommunication skills
  • Able to perform multiple tasks and work independently
  • Able to handle English and Korean speaking customers
  • Able to work shifts and/or on weekends/public holidays
