Contact Centre Representative Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Contact Centre Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve their inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and meet defined performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all activities, leads, and appointment details in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/inbound support or 1 year in outbound sales/call roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
