  • Key Responsibilities:

We seek an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage facility-related tasks, and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

  1. Facility Management
  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of office facilities to guarantee a secure and pleasant work space.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades as required.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas needing maintenance or improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to guarantee all items are in working order and available when needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by senior management from time to time.
  1. Administrative and Customer Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records for facility-related activities.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, office celebrations, and meetings.
  • Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems efficiently.
