Job Title: Facilities and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities and Administration Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming mail, sort and distribute documents, update contact lists, and coordinate issuance and cancellation of company cards.
  • Office Operations: Supervise contractors and service providers, resolve issues with vendors, and handle courier services for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least three years' experience in administration duties.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
