Job Purpose:

BTIG is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the people and culture strategy for the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HR generalist roles, preferably in financial services or professional services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall direction and goals for HR in the region
  • Provide strategic advice to the regional leadership team on people and culture matters, including talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives to create a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Design and execute initiatives related to workplace experience, diversity and inclusion, and professional development
  • Partner with the business to select and onboard top talent, focusing on building a strong local employment brand
  • Collaborate with the finance team to oversee regional payroll and with the global HR team to deliver the annual HR cycle
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in financial services or professional services
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor across levels in the organization and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and evolve the people and culture strategy
  • High levels of energy and resilience, enabling you to partner with the leadership team to drive change and continuous improvement
