Job Title: HR Generalist, HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. This role provides HR generalist coverage in various functional areas, including recruiting, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, onboarding, data reporting, talent management, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with stakeholders to deliver professional HR advisories and provide seamless HR support to the business.
  2. Be a strategic advisor to the business on talent development matters, including identifying and grooming high-potential talent, talent succession, performance management, and coaching managers through performance management conversations.
  3. Identify gaps in existing processes and drive continuous improvements to HR processes.
  4. Consult and advise management in the business planning process and provide input on organizational capability and the HR implications of business objectives.
  5. Manage international mobility/assignments, including simulating net-tax income and relocation matters.
  6. HR operational responsibilities, including developing HR policies in line with local regulations, enforcing procedures, managing processes and systems, and ensuring compliance on day-to-day handling of HR matters.
  7. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including on/off-boarding briefing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, etc.
  8. Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture.
  9. Implement global, regional, and local HR projects.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
