Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on people matters to support business strategies and goals.
- Advise and support line managers and employees on HR matters related to performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with line managers and employees to champion and implement HR programs and processes.
- Collaborate with internal HR specialists to develop people capabilities.
- Manage employee performance and disciplinary matters.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High drive for results, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations and deliver under tight time constraints.
- University degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner.
