Application Support Lead for Institutional Banking Group Technology

DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Lead to join our Institutional Banking Group Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing projects in Securities business in the Fund Services space.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage projects in Securities business in the Fund Services space.
- Bridge business initiatives and IT languages by preparing and maintaining project, stage, and exception plans.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans and user requirements.
- Work with Regional OPS to manage and lead operational changes through process streamlining and automation.
- Adopt and apply technical and quality strategies and standards.
- 8-10 years of IT project management experience in financial institutions.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end process of Securities and Fund business for regional markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting Custody and fund services.
- Fluent in Jasper, BIPub reporting tools, JBOSS, and Maria database technology.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to guide and groom internal team members and external vendors.
- Knowledge in Multifonds is an added advantage.
