Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Application Support/Project Lead for Securities and Fiduciary applications in Fund services.
Planning and managing projects in Securities business in the Fund Services space. To be the vital link to bridge Business Initiatives and IT languages preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans as well as user requirements and schedule sprints for off shore development. Work with Regional OPS to manage and lead operational changes by process streamlining through automation. Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.Requirements
Overall of 8-10 years of IT Project management experience focusing on financial institution. Has good knowledge of end-to-end process of Securities and Fund business for regional markets in Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia etc. Has at least 5-years of experience in supporting Custody and fund services. Fluent in Jasper, BIPub reporting tools, JBOSS and Maria database technology. Communication – to be able to communicate and articulate in layman terms which the business and users will be able to understand clearly. Leadership – To lead and own the project. Team management – To guide and groom internal team members and even external vendors. Knowledge in Multifonds will be an added advantage.Apply Now
