Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Lead and support various Regional Cash projects through participation as core member including End to End project management, UAT, Operationalisation Liaise with stakeholders in T&O teams across locations to gather requirements and document user stories Perform end to end UAT , document test scenarios, document and execute test cases Provide timely updates and status reports on progress of projects to all key stakeholders; escalate issues in a timely manner Lead and manage a team of test managers and testers to deliver the projects testing in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards Manage resourcing, onboarding, training and day to day management of contract resources including budgeting, invoicing related administration for the Cash Integrated Testing Resource teamRequirements
Bachelors’ Degree from a recognized university 8-10 years of being a Subject Matter Expert in managing Cash and Payment related projects like Payments, Receivables, Liquidity Management and Digital Channels preferably in a large, global financial institution at a Regional Level Familiar with change management lifecycle and agile methodology Good handling on technology for mainframe systems including payments, receivables, liquidity management systems Understanding and inclination towards new technologies impacting payments like Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Generative AI, Data Analytics Ability to work independently to gather requirements, prepare project plan, communicate to stakeholders Ability to perform end-to-end UAT , document test scenarios, document and execute test cases Strong influencing and negotiation skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong verbal, written and presentation skills to key stakeholders within the organization Good insight in the latest digital technologies including Agile, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Application Programming Interface, Cloud Computing, Mobile Technology Self-starter, with tenacity to succeed and passionate about digital automation Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes Ability to problem solve, creative and think out-of-the-box Knowledge of Transaction Banking Cash products is preferredApply Now
