Drive Growth as a Commercial Sales Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across education and corporate enterprise segments. As a commercially driven sales leader, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, converting opportunities into partnerships, and expanding our platforms footprint in APAC.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Manage in/outbound sales inquiries from educational institutions and corporate clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualification and Conversion: Qualify leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to convert them into paying customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up to maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to address sector-specific challenges and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Regional Growth: Execute targeted sales initiatives to drive regional growth and customer engagement, thereby increasing revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Commercial Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial or sales-focused roles, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have hands-on experience managing B2B sales across India and Southeast Asia, understanding local markets and customer preferences.
