Guest Relation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relation Officer to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Downtown MRT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, lead them to appropriate rooms, and provide a warm welcome
  • Attend to inquiries from staff, courier services, and receive mail, recording and sending email reminders as needed
  • Offer beverages to management staff and external guests, assist in serving, and arrange for staff to serve accordingly
  • Check meeting room set up standards, floral arrangements, and report facility faults
  • Provide accurate directions on meeting venues and office locations of various units
  • Have a list of amenities and facilities in the neighboring area of CBD, including operating hours and telephone numbers
  • Assist in booking executive meeting rooms
  • Provide taxi booking services
  • Have emergency guest amenities such as sewing kits, first aid kits, stationery, and umbrellas
  • Receive feedback from guests or staff on facilities and services
  • Assist in overseeing events or VIP meetings at the executive conference suite
  • Coordinate and manage vendors/caterers onsite providing services to VIP/executive events
  • Assist in managing rooms and submitting reports on weekly releases
  • Handle common and executive meeting room inquiries by phone/email/Teams
  • Manage common meeting room bookings, reconfirming with users 15 minutes prior to booked periods, and updating the system if no-shows

Requirements:

  • Minimally GCE 'O' Level
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words
  • Working experience as a customer service executive is a plus
