About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Hygiene Manager. As a key member of our hygiene and safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective hygiene and safety protocols to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Four Seasons policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the F&B and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless execution of hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on hygiene and safety best practices.
  • Monitor and report on hygiene and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent experience in Hygiene & Food Safety.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with all hygiene-related legislation in Singapore and experience working closely with the relevant government authority.
  • Experience in establishing and implementing Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, and ISO 22000.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive and influence various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires the incumbent to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, subjecting to work exigencies.
