Job Title: Hygiene Specialist and Projects Assistant

Join our team as a Hygiene Specialist and Projects Assistant at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, an iconic hotel located in the heart of the city. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in our hotel, as well as supporting our projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual HACCP, ALLSAFE, and SGClean audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards across the hotel.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and management for the Rooms, F&B, and Culinary divisions.
  • Conduct regular checks on sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of food served to guests and employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and documentation related to the hotel's sanitation and hygiene efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of projects and initiatives across the hotel.
  • Assist in driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and events for the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated administration experience, with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Administration or Hospitality, preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Microsoft application skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
