**About the Role**

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and renewal of a large portfolio of accounts in the lower segment.

You will partner with Enterprise customers to provide strategic recommendations around their growth and expansion plans with Concur. This includes developing and executing sales strategies based on clients' needs and serving as a trusted advisor to clients to highlight Concur services that solve their pain points and drive customer value realization.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volume sales engagements with clients and a proven ability to work with virtual/social tools to engage with customers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a focal point for customers for their growth and expansion needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on clients' needs
  • Execute pricing strategies and sales contracts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to highlight Concur services that solve their pain points and drive customer value realization
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction
  • Work in partnership with the Customer Success Partner to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support delivery of add-on revenue goals
  • Contribute to organizational growth projects
  • Maintain a clean book of business, ensuring data integrity for the business
  • Meet & achieve account retention, pipeline building, and revenue goals
  • Be a client advocate and a voice of reason as you cross-collaborate across internal teams
