The Renewals Executiveis responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closureof renewals while creating customer loyalty and growth throughirresistible customer experience.
The role isalso responsible for identification and creation of expansionopportunities. This role works primarily through direct customerengagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment withWorldwide Sales teams. In addition, this role focuses on theidentification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures thedelivery of irresistible customerexperiences.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quotas to drive revenuegrowth
- Direct Customer engagement withMid-Market Customers across ASEAN
- Manage thedirect renewals directly with the end-users
- Builds opportunity pipeline and forecast management forMid-Market renewal opportunities
- Works closelyand aligns with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to driverenewal and expansion opportunities
- Providesdeal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., dealcreation, development, presentation, negotiation andclosure
- Serves as an escalation point for allrenewal issues that impact the customer's retention and isresponsible for driving risk mitigation execution
- Identifies customer upsell and expansionopportunities
- Reports on sales results andanalysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, andproduct
- Coordinates and executes collaborativechannel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer salesmeetings to increase renewals performance
- Enhance customer and partner relationships, QBR's, driveand close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales managementmeetings.
- Complexity: works to resolve complexissues and can exercise sound judgment in solution
- Negotiation: Undertake complex negotiations withcustomers and partners
- Influencing: Able toinfluence partners in driving the outcome of the rightrenewal
- Fluentlanguages spoken and written: English with fluency in an ASEANlanguage like Thai, Vietnamese and Bahasa as an addedadvantage
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience
- Experience inhandling the sales/renewals of ASEAN B2B customers through directcustomer engagement
- 5+ years of softwaresales/renewals sales experience
- Proven abilityto negotiate $50k+ complex sales/renewals deals
- Working knowledge of SFDC complex sales/renewalsdeals
