Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join HOBBS HOLDINGS PTE LTD as an HR cum Accounts Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager, as well as handling a range of HR tasks, including recruitment, leave management, and employee records.

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager, including managing accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding work passes and other employment-related matters.

Essential Skills:
• Relevant qualifications, such as GCE N/O level or higher.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or finance is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
