About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trussco Pte Ltd. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing support in both accounting and HR functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
You will be working closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments, verify purchase orders, and prepare invoices
- Assist with payroll computations, CPF submissions, and account management tasks
- Update staff records on HR software, process leave applications, and perform other HR-related duties
- Conduct recruitment, orientation, onboarding/offboarding arrangements, and work pass applications
- Familiarize yourself with MOM regulations and required statutory submissions
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum O/A Level and technical qualifications or Diploma in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, WPOL, EPOL, and experience with payroll and CPF handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with associates
