Strategic Business Relationship Manager

SME Banking, a dynamic division of DBS Bank, seeks a skilled Strategic Business Relationship Manager to cultivate long-standing relationships with customers in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationships across servicing and sales activities, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Hold customer relationships across servicing and sales activities, encouraging mobile-first adoption and utilization of DBS digital tools (E.g., IDEAL, Joybot).
• Servicing Support: Manage escalated inbound requests efficiently and provide timely issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify sales opportunities, cross-sell relevant products, and drive growth while achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma Holder with at least 2 years of working experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum
