Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases from start to finish, including conducting investigations and providing advice on employment law matters.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in employee relations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex employee relations cases with high-risk complexity
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employment law matters to managers and employees
  • Developing and implementing training programs for managers and employees on employee relations topics
  • Building strong relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-quality action plans, letters of communication, and investigation reports
  • Developing dashboards and analyzing ER metrics to identify trends and insights
  • Implementing targeted solutions through strategic action plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in complex employee relations case management role
  • Knowledge of APAC employment laws and best practices in employee relations
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems effectively
  • Planning & organizational skills with strong time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
