Job Summary:

The Strategic HR Leader will play a critical role in shaping the HR function at Aurora Creation Pte. Ltd. as a strategic partner. This position oversees all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

2. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

3. Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.

4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

6. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, including turnover rates, retention, and demographics, to inform strategic decision-making.

8. Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
