Job Description

We are looking for a visionary leader who can manage a team of professionals in HR and Procurement systems, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of HR and Procurement system strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversighting the execution of HR and Procurement processes, ensuring data exchange, interoperability, and streamlined operations.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in HR and Procurement systems.
  • Developing and managing budgets for HR and Procurement initiatives.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Effectively communicating strategies, updates, and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in SAP HR / Payroll and Procurement systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Procurement system processes, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to support business requirements.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Project management expertise with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are advantageous.
