We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Ticketing Host. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our attractions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a keen eye for detail. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will manage daily ticket sales, ensure strict adherence to cash control procedures, and safeguard all revenue collection. You will also provide exceptional guest service, including offering information, handling membership applications, and managing the collection of advance tickets/documents.
Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
- Prior experience in ticketing, retail sales, or within the tourism/hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages beneficial for assisting international guests
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
