**The Position**

You will be a key contributor to our mission to create a flawless theatre-going experience for our valued audiences - our donors, sponsors, Season Ticket holders and the general public. You will manage ticketing services for all our production and educational programmes, as well as interface with our third-party ticketing service provider to ensure quality outcomes for all our patrons. The position will report to the General Manager. During your probationary period, you will be supervised by the Fundraising & Engagement Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage ticketing operations for all company productions and workshops.
- Provide concierge service and manage bookings for Season Ticket holders.
- Coordinate and manage ticketing information between Pangdemonium and the ticketing agent, including checks on event information, seating plans, ticket links and discount packages.
- Report and update daily ticket sales to Pangdemonium team.
- Manage patron enquiries and other issues effectively, balancing the constraints of Pangdemonium with the satisfaction of the patron.
- Partner with the Fundraising & Engagement Manager to manage and execute group sales and bookings.
- Coordinate with the Fundraising & Engagement Manager to fulfil ticket allocations for individual, corporate and foundation donors, sponsors and group sales.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and the Marketing team to launch our annual Season Ticket sales, maximise ongoing ticket sales revenue, and ensure an effective ticketing function.
- Manage Front-of-House activities for all productions, manpower allocation during productions, and recruiting FOH volunteers.
- Coordinate with Venue Managers on logístical and operational requirements during productions and special events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous ticketing experience is advantageous but not a requirement
- A diploma/degree in a business, arts management, hospitality or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution
- Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work regular office hours in addition to evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed when there are productions and events
- Interest in theatre and the Arts

**Type of Employment**
