Reporting to the CEO and Founder,

responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

T **icket Sales Management**:

- Oversee the sale of tickets through various channels (online, OTA, walk-ins).
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize sales.

**Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient ticket purchasing experience for customers.

**System Administration**:

- Manage and maintain the ticketing software and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of ticketing data.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to senior management on sales performance and customer preferences.

**Event Coordination**:

- Work closely with event organizers to understand event requirements and ensure proper ticket allocation.
- Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to support ticket sales.

**Staff Management**:

- Train, supervise, and schedule ticketing staff.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the event and ticketing procedures.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor revenue from ticket sales and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage budgets for ticketing operations.

**Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to ticket sales.
- Develop and enforce ticketing policies and procedures.

**Technology Integration**:

- Implement and integrate new technologies to improve ticketing operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ticketing solutions.
- Minimum 5 year ticketing and retail
- Understanding of attraction or retail business
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and hardworking with an eye for detail
