About Complete VMS PTE. LTD.

We are a leading automotive company based in Ang Mo Kio, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment for our team members.

Salary: SGD $40,000 - SGD $50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

The Claims Administrator will be responsible for assisting customers with filing accident reports, submitting claims, and liaising with insurance companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure
  • Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims
  • Manage claims/repair operation of the workshop
  • Sourcing/enquiring spare parts quotations for all repairs
  • Liaising with customer's vehicle for repair & collection
  • Fleet control of customer vehicles during their claim time
  • Providing customer service to existing and new customers
  • Performing ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the automotive industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (a plus)
