Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims and Administration Assistant to support our Aviation Adjusting team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day claims and administration support, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data in various core systems, including CTA's internal Case Management and Accounting (CMA) system and eCases System.
- Process claims and administration tasks efficiently, including case creation, expense management, and document preparation.
- Assist Loss Adjusters with file management, efiling, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Produce case-related reports and data, as required, to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for Loss Adjusters, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal downtime.
- Provide administrative support, including diary management, email, and phone handling, to ensure the team's smooth operation.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Loss Adjusters and team members, to ensure collaborative and effective working practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or claims support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent secretarial skills, including diary management, travel booking, and dictation (60 WPM typing speed).
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and efficient approach, with a willingness to take initiative and support the team as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.
