Administrative Claims Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Claims Specialist to join our team at Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd. Located in AMK, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with financial claims and provide excellent customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and processing financial claims according to established policies and guidelines. This involves reviewing claim applications, checking for disbursement, handling exceptions, and providing administrative support.

This is a full-time contract position with a renewable 2-year term, offering a competitive salary of up to $2,400 + Performance Bonus.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of A level or Diploma qualification
- 1-2 years of working experience in processing claims, disbursement, and refunds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a strong code of work ethics
- Detailed and meticulous approach to work
You will also need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.
