Claims and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited.
Job DescriptionThis is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims data.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling large volumes of applications, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. They should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities- Register claims within established timelines, ensuring all data are entered accurately and efficiently.
- Manage claims mailboxes for incoming submissions, maintaining a log of all outgoing documents.
- Oversee correspondences, including sorting, scanning, mailing, and arranging for courier services.
- Contact financial consultants and customers for claim cheque collection.
- Follow up on grants and court orders to facilitate claims payment.
- Generate letters for claims with instalment payments due.
- Making phone calls to clinics/hospitals for validation and follow-up with medical institutions for information/documents.
- Provide administrative support in retrieval and return of original documents to customers.
- Candidate should possess a minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma holder.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary range of SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum.
