About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to join our team at Performance Motors Limited. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring insurance job progress, ensuring full documentation of all insurance claims, and liaising with DXC Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track outstanding ROs (WIP) and ensure they are closed once the job is completed.
* Follow up with insurance companies to recover outstanding trade receivable within 30 days.
* Prepare and submit warranty claims to the relevant authorities.
* Generate monthly department reports and work with superiors to address any abnormalities.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of administration experience in the automotive industry.
* Computer savvy and meticulous with good command of spoken and written English.
* Knowledge in insurance claims processes and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
