Claims Specialist

At ENCOMPASSE, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and processing financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines, and agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines, and agreements.
2. Clarify claims details and support documents submitted by claimants.
3. Escalate complex cases for review and discussion with stakeholders.
4. Provide administrative support and handle customer requests within established service standards.
Requirements
1. At least an A level or Diploma holder.
2. 1 to 2 years of working experience (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement, and refund.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
4. Must uphold a strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
5. Detailed and meticulous.
6. Diligent and committed to meeting deadlines.
7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel.
