We are looking for a Strategic Landlord Partners Manager to join our team at JCDecaux Singapore. This role is responsible for managing existing business, supporting new business growth, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

This individual will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects & Operations) to deliver on contractual obligations to landlords and build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing existing business and growing new contracts and possess a sharp business acumen, strong communication and organization skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Existing Business: Facilitate day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets' upkeep in fulfilling contract obligations.
  • Train, supervise, and coach junior team members to achieve response times objectives and high-quality communication and work outputs.
  • Cordinate with the Project team to ensure new media assets are built and delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in strategic business partners management or similar function.
  • Able to build trust and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sharp business acumen and highly numerate.
  • Project management and resource coordination capabilities.
